Meghan Markle has launched a new podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, in partnership with Lemonada Media. In the first episode, she opens up about a “huge medical scare” with postpartum preeclampsia after giving birth — a condition also experienced by her guest and friend, Whitney Wolfe Herd, founder of Bumble.

They discuss motherhood, the pressure of public life, mental health, and building businesses while raising kids. Meghan shared personal moments, including how her daughter Lilibet visits her home office after preschool, and how being a mom gives her perspective.

The podcast dropped as Prince Harry returned to the UK for a legal hearing, while King Charles traveled to Italy. Meghan also posted childhood throwback photos on Instagram to promote the show, linking her early days selling cookies to her entrepreneurial journey.

The eight-part series follows her earlier Archetypes podcast and comes as her new brand As Ever expands with products like jam and teas.
