Princess Charlotte and Louis’ Sweet Brother Sister Moment Caught on Camera
Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte holding hands at King Charles III’s coronation went viral on TikTok as one fan noted they were “facing it all, side by side.”
Prince George, as a future king and page, played a major role when his grandfather was crowned in May 2023, leaving Charlotte and Louis to guide each other through the historic ceremony.
A clip of the siblings supportively holding each other’s hands inside Westminster Abbey beside their mother Princess Kate went newly viral on TikTok.

Why It Matters
The video was liked 28k times and viewed 480k times after being posted with the message: “The sweet sisterly love of Princess Charlotte & Prince Louis hand in han.
“In a world where cameras follow their every public move, they find their calm in each other, a brother and sister facing it all, side by side.”
What to Know
Prince Louis, seven, and Princess Charlotte, 10, both won hearts at the coronation, even though they technically played a less formal role then Prince George, who was a page.
However, royal fans fell in love with Charlotte’s outfit, including her headpiece which matched her mother Kate’s silver bullion and crystal flower crown by Jess Collet and Alexander McQueen.
Prince Louis also caught attention with his adorable dancing on the Buckingham Palace balcony after the ceremony, during the Royal Air Force flypast.

The TikTok post’s reference to the siblings being followed by the cameras and “facing it all, side by side,” is increasingly typical of the way the young royals are viewed on social media.
The brutalizing nature of intense media scrutiny has been a major discourse for two successive generations of the royal family, including during the era in which Charles and Princess Diana’s marriage disintegrated.
Prince William and Prince Harry experienced that peroid as children, both in the back of the car while Diana was photographed by paparazzi and through her death in a car crash as photographers followed her.
They have also had their own disputes with the press in their adult lives though, and Harry has repeatedly talked about the negative treatment Meghan Markle experienced.
Royal fans appear to already be preparing for the Wales children to have their own struggles, even as they enjoy their childhood.

What People Are Saying
One fan replied to the clip, writing, “so seeet, she’s such a great sister to both brothers,” while another wrote: “At least Louis has someone who will look out for h.”
A third wrote: “That’s what big sisters suppose to do to be their for their little brothers.”
What Happens Next
One day—likely in many years time—Prince William will have his own coronation and Prince George will play an even greater role as, by that time, next in line to the throne.
